Ina May's Guide to Childbirth by Ina May Gaskin. My other most recommended book. Full of wonderful birth stories, this book will help you trust that birth is a normal process. Ina May and the midwives who work with her have attended over 2000 births and have amazing statistics including a 1.4% cesarean rate.
