The Birth Survey is open to any woman who has given birth in the last 3 years. It gives women a chance to give feedback on their maternity care. Soon, you will be able to visit the site to read feedback on care providers and birth places. Plus, you will be able to see intervention rates for any hospital or birth center in the U.S.
