Postpartum Home Visits
 

Weekly in-home visits to help ease transition your transition into parenthood

Doula care includes emotional, physical, and informational support.

Since each family has their own unique needs there is no one script or schedule for doula care. Each visit is tailored to what you need at the time, and can change in the moment.

Some examples of care include:

Emotional Support

  • Listening to and helping you process your birth experience

  • Supporting your transition into motherhood

  • Helping siblings adjust 

Physical Support

  • Caring for your baby while you rest

  • Light housework

Informational Support; up to date guidance on  

  • Infant sleep & routines

  • Feeding your baby

  • Newborn care

Weekly 2-3 hour visits starting at $60/week. $50/week when you sign up for 4 or more weeks. 

The Birth Package
 

Personalized support for you and your partner through the birth process

The birth doula package includes:

Two prenatal visits* and support during your labor and birth. 

​

Prenatal visits will include time to get to know each other, talk about your birth plans, and provide any education you request.

*If you are choosing a home birth I will also come to the birth team meeting with your midwife. 

 

Labor support begins as you labor at home and follows you to your birth place to provide support through the birth process. This also includes the immediate postpartum period and breastfeeding assistance.

  • Music

  • Aromatherapy

  • Massage/Counterpressure

  • Emotional Support

  • Educational Support

Personalized support to help your family navigate this uncertain time

Bereavement Services
 

Bereavement care includes in-home visits and support through the birth process, if desired.

​

Visits will include time to get to know each other, talk about your current situation, and provide any education you request.

​

If you choose, someone will be there to support you through the birth process and the time after. Activities can include taking photographs, footprints, and making memory boxes.
