In-Home Postpartum Support

Service Description

I will be there to support you emotionally and physically as you transition into your new roles as a family. This service is based entirely on what you need most and can include, but is not limited to, any of the following: Listening to your birth story, discussing your joys and fears, screening for mental health concerns, light housework, helping siblings adjust, holding down the fort while you nap, meal prep, assessing vital signs, and providing education and information on infant feeding, sleep routines, newborn care and more. Visits are typically 2-3 hours long. $35/hour Can be purchased in increments as a baby shower gift.
